Returns, Refund and Warranty
Return Due To Change Of Mind
Leather & Time accepts returns due to change of mind only if a return request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, you will have the choice of:
- Refund to your payment method
- Refund in store credit
Returns must be returned through the medium you purchased the time.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Leather & Time will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Leather & Time will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 years of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Tawbury to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Damages and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we’ll correct the issue right away.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
